Academy Campuses
Administrative machinery of High Court of Jammu and Kashmir, as per tradition moves to Summer Capital, Srinagar in the month of April, and to Winter Capital, Jammu in the month of November, every year. In view of this tradition, Jammu and Kashmir State Judicial Academy also functions likewise from Jammu and Srinagar. It has infrastructures both in Jammu and Srinagar.

Presently, Judicial Academy does not have its own infrastructure in Srinagar. Activities of Judicial Academy are being carried out from infrastructure provided by the High Court. Administrative set-up is housed in accommodation available in the High Court Complex, and Workshops and Refresher Courses etc. are organised in the Conference Hall at District Court Complex Srinagar.
Building of State Judicial Academy is coming up at New District Courts Complex, Mominabad, Srinagar. Large parcel of land has been earmarked for the State Judicial Academy Complex. It will have administrative block, auditorium, lecture halls, hostel facility and recreation rooms. Infrastructure at new complex is likely to be completed in a year's time whereafter Academy shall start functioning from said complex.
